Cancellation & Refund Policy

Land Package Cancellation Policy

    a) You may cancel your holiday at any time provided you notify the company in writing or by email. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:

    • 30 days or more 50% of Deposit
    • 15 – 30 days 100% of Deposit
    • 8 – 15 days 80% of Tour Cost
    • 1 – 7 days 100% of Tour Cost

    b) After the itinerary is confirmed, the client is permitted free of administration charges for one set of amendments, though he/she will be liable for consequential added costs that will be added to the tour cost, such as airline charges, hotels etc. Any further modifications (second and onwards), which are requested by the client, will incur an additional charge of INR 4000(For Domestic trips ) OR USD 100(For International Trip) for executing the change request other than the revised charges incurred for altering the itinerary(such as airline charges, hotels, etc.)

Flight Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Flights is dependent upon the airline policy at the time of booking.

Supplementary Services Policy

Supplementary services include Visa, Insurance & Foreign Exchange Services, cancellation of services post booking, levies a flat 100% charge of booking amount as cancellation fee.

Cruise & Helicopter Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Helicopter & Cruise is dependent upon the service provider policy at the time of booking.
